The Terms of Use apply to all users of our services, including (without limitation) users who browse the Bigfollow.ch website (the "Website") or access content on it, or who use our services in any other manner.

The Company reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time. Such changes become effective as soon as they are published on the Website. You are obligated to keep yourself informed of such changes and to comply with them. If you continue to use our services after changes to the Terms of Use have been published, you agree to the amended Terms of Use.

In addition to the Terms of Use, additional terms may apply to certain services. Should these terms conflict with the Terms of Use, the specific terms for these services shall apply.

Website Use

Bigfollow.ch (the "Company") provides certain services, including social media engagement and subscriber services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). The Services can be purchased online via Bigfollow.ch.

By purchasing the Services, you agree to pay the specified purchase price and further agree that:

(a) You have the authority to make such a purchase

(b) You have the authority to use or access the social media account associated with the purchase

(c) You will not use the Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes of any kind.

You acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that refunds are offered only in accordance with the terms of these Terms of Use and the Refund Policy published on Bigfollow.ch. Other refunds will only be granted at the sole discretion of the Company.

Copyright

All content, including text, images, audio, video and code (collectively referred to as «Intellectual Property»), found anywhere on Bigfollow.ch, is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by applicable Swiss and foreign copyright, trademark and patent laws. These belong expressly to Bigfollow.ch or to other copyright holders who have granted express permission to use their information on the Bigfollow.ch website.

You may not use, reproduce, modify or distribute the Intellectual Property without express written permission from the Company. The Company reserves the right to take legal action against any violations of these terms of use.

Limitation of Liability

The company assumes no liability whatsoever for damages, liabilities or losses, whether contractual, tortious or otherwise in nature, arising from your use of Bigfollow.ch or the services. You understand and acknowledge that your use of the services is at your own risk.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages, liabilities or losses arising from the use or inability to use the services, from errors or omissions in the content, or from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. The company makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of content available on the website.

If the customer provides incorrect information when placing an order, Bigfollow.ch is not obligated to deliver the order. The company is not liable for incorrect information provided by the customer when placing an order.

Conduct

You agree to use Bigfollow.ch exclusively for lawful purposes and not to endanger the security of the website, render it inaccessible to others, or cause damage to its content, service, or website. As a user, you agree to refrain from any action that could add to, remove from, or alter the content of the website. You agree not to access the content without permission and not to use the website in any manner other than as intended.

The company reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to Bigfollow.ch at any time and without notice.

Confidential Information

BigFollow.ch undertakes to treat all information transmitted by you that relates to the processing of service orders as confidential. Other materials or information sent to the website are considered non-confidential. You hereby grant BigFollow.ch the royalty-free, irrevocable permission to use, display and distribute the submitted information in any manner it desires.

Correction of Inaccuracies

Bigfollow.ch reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in the content of the website or to change and update the content at any time and without prior notice. However, the company does not guarantee that errors, inaccuracies, or omissions will be corrected immediately.

Customer Responsibility and Order Verification

The customer is responsible for verifying that the order has been delivered in full. Please note that orders may occasionally be blocked by the algorithms of social media platforms. We will make every effort to deliver all orders in full; however, the customer must contact us within 7 days of placing the order if there are any discrepancies.

Terms and Conditions

These terms of use with Bigfollow.ch govern the relationship between you as a user of the website and the company with respect to the use of the website and the services provided by it. They constitute the entire agreement between all parties concerning the subject matter of the contract and supersede all previous agreements and arrangements, whether written or oral. By using the website, you accept these terms of use and the associated regulations. Should you not agree with these terms of use, you may not use the website.

Termination of Service

The term of this agreement between you as a user and Bigfollow.ch begins with the acceptance of your order by the company and ends with termination by either party. This agreement may be terminated by both parties in writing.

Bigfollow.ch reserves the right to withdraw your participation in the use of the website and the services provided by it at any time and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if the company determines at its own discretion that you are abusing the system. In such a case, Bigfollow.ch reserves the right to retain all amounts held for you. However, it should be noted that Bigfollow.ch has no obligation to monitor or prevent abuse of the system.

Delivery Times and Delays

Standard Delivery Time

We endeavour to start or deliver your order within 2–48 hours.

Possible Delays

In rare cases (e.g. due to system overload or very large orders), delays may occur.

Partial Deliveries and Refunds

Once the delivery of your order (even partially) has been started, the service is considered to be in processing. Cancellation or refund is then no longer possible.

However, should it not be possible for us to fulfill the order in whole or in part for technical or other reasons, we will refund the pro-rata or full purchase price.

No Refund Entitlement for Delays

If there are merely delays (e.g. due to system overload or high order volumes), there is no entitlement to a refund.

Third-Party Marketing Campaigns

During your Bigfollow.ch marketing campaign, no other marketing campaigns may be conducted. We use public statistics to measure the results of our campaign, which can be distorted by other campaigns. If you conduct other marketing campaigns simultaneously with your Bigfollow.ch marketing campaign, you agree that the company is responsible for every fan, follower, view, comment, visit and/or vote that you receive during the duration of your Bigfollow.ch marketing campaign.

Social Media Account

BigFollow.ch is in no way liable for accounts, photos, videos and/or tracks that are removed due to the implementation of our services or your interaction with the company. It is nearly impossible to determine why social media account providers block or delete accounts or content. All purchases of services are made at your own risk. For this reason, we cannot provide refunds after services have been completed if this has occurred on an account/content.

Delivery of Services

BigFollow.ch may deliver the services guaranteed by it in excess, including but not limited to the delivery of additional followers or subscribers than ordered. This excess delivery amount ("Extras") should be considered a buffer in case of a minor loss of followers or subscribers. Extras are not covered by the company's retention guarantee, and Extras are not replaceable in the event of a loss equal to or smaller than the excess delivery amount.

Retention Guarantee

Bigfollow.ch offers a limited retention guarantee for some of its services. If a customer uses one of Bigfollow.ch's services and subsequently loses followers, likes, views and/or plays that were acquired from Bigfollow.ch (in addition to dropoff), the company may, at its sole discretion, provide followers, likes, views and/or plays free of charge again. Each service offers a different duration for Bigfollow.ch's retention guarantee, which is listed below:

Bigfollow.ch's retention guarantee applies under the following conditions:

(1) The customer has at any time ordered from another company, person or service.

(2) The customer's account has experienced a reduction in followers/likes/views/plays acquired before the order from Bigfollow.ch or through other means.

(3) The customer makes his account/page/video/photo/photo/track private, restricted or otherwise inaccessible during and/or after a campaign (e.g., by changing the customer's username).

(4) If a customer blocks/deletes/bans the followers/likes/plays/views received from Bigfollow.ch.

The company makes a final and binding decision regarding all retention guarantee requests.
